Tortuosa is an Australian Willow. This piece was dyed blue by a friend in Australia. A void that showed itself near the center was filled with turquoise powder--that made for a long day, but the outcome was worth it. A cousin to this wood can be found in the Roller Ball section as well...might make a great pair
